The cost is $20.50 US plus $15.67 for shipping costs. Delivery time is less than 2 weeks.

Unlike other models that I have made, this model is all prescored (punch-out) and requires no glue.  All 57 parts fit together perfectly. Included is a wonderful booklet which contains the history of the house with photos plus step by step drawings of assembly.  I am extremely happy with the beautiful detail of this famous building.
